How do I determine the right size for my Flojos sandals?

Most of our sandals are available in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit, especially for our cushioned flip-flop styles.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Simply visit our returns portal to initiate a refund or exchange for a different size or style.

Are Flojos sandals water-resistant?

Many of our styles are water-friendly and perfect for the beach or pool. However, for leather or suede styles, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water to preserve the material's integrity.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
